Plan the week on the web

Use the web app for the setup that deserves a little more space: working hours, regular breaks, holidays and recurring lesson slots. Add weekly or fortnightly lessons to build a dependable routine, with individual bookings for the days that need something different. A clear view of your availability helps you decide where another lesson could fit before you agree a time with a pupil.

Keep the day clear on your phone

The mobile diary keeps the whole Monday-to-Sunday header in view. Choose Day for wider lesson cards or Week to see the week together. The selected date stays highlighted, so switching views does not mean learning a different calendar. Open a lesson to reach its details, pupil and payment status, then get back to teaching.

Handle changes with context

A pupil needs to move their lesson; a driving test changes the shape of your afternoon. FirstDrive checks bookings against other lessons, working hours, breaks and time off. Warnings help you review the change before saving. Regular lessons belong to a series, so pay attention to whether your action affects one booking or future lessons too.

Keep the diary and payment record together

See which lessons are recorded as paid and which still need attention. Recording payment is separate from moving a lesson: changing the time should not mean losing the record. FirstDrive keeps the practical details alongside the diary, while your pupils continue paying you through the methods you arrange with them.
